Are your tickets official?

All tickets are sourced through long-standing, trusted partners. Your seamless experience is our highest priority. Tickets are transferred directly via the official Roland-Garros ticketing system and are accessible within the official app.

How and when will the tickets be delivered?

All Roland-Garros tickets are mobile tickets and will be transferred to the email address provided at the order. You’ll need an account within the official Roland-Garros app to import them. Tickets are delivered immediately after purchase, or at the latest by the end of April if purchased earlier.

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

At Via Selecta, client care is our top priority. If we are able to resell your tickets, you will receive a full refund. If not, we will list them on the official secondary market and, if sold, we refund 90% of the face value.

Why do the tickets have to be personalized, and can the names be changed?

Personalization is required by Roland-Garros. Please ensure all personal details are accurate. As part of our full service, changes to personalization are possible up to 12 hours before the respective match day.

If I order multiple tickets, am I guaranteed to sit together?

For groups of up to four people, adjacent seats are guaranteed unless stated otherwise in the offer. For larger groups, we’ll provide the best available configuration and inform you about the seating arrangement in advance.

What happens if matches are cancelled due to weather?

Any official refund issued by Roland-Garros will be forwarded to you in full.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments, regular bank transfers, and instant bank transfers. An invoice will be issued automatically. On request, PayPal with buyer protection can also be arranged.
